Summer Theatre Camp
Young Actors Musical Workshop @ FCC: Junior Camp for ages 7-10 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Youth Camp for ages 11-14 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Student Teacher/Performer Internships for ages 15-17. FRIDAYS IN FARMLAND
HISTORIC FARMLAND USA ANNOUNCES
"FRIDAYS IN FARMLAND"
Monthly Celebrations Include Farmer's Market, Artisan Displays & Live Entertainment
Historic Farmland USA, an Indiana Main Street organization in Randolph County, will present "Fridays In Farmland," a town-wide celebration of locally produced food, arts, crafts and entertainment, on the second Friday of every month beginning in August. The events will take place in the downtown business district of Farmland from 5:00-9:00pm and will include a local farmer's market, artisan booths, family activities and live entertainment. Local businesses will also stay open late and offer special discounts for visitors to the event. The events are free and open to the public. The first three scheduled dates for "Fridays In Farmland" are August 8, September 12 and October 10, 2008. For information about the event or to obtain vendor space call 765-468-6153. |

MELODRAMA DINNER THEATRE AUDITIONS
MELODRAMA DINNER THEATRE AUDITIONS SET FOR AUGUST 11
Historic Farmland USA in partnership with Main Street Artists will hold open auditions for MAIN STREET MELODRAMA: OLDE TYME DINNER THEATRE & MUSICALE REVUE on Sunday, August 11 at 1:00pm. The project is seeking 20 actors of all ages and experience levels. There is pay available for some roles. Actors are asked to prepare a family-friendly comedic monologue and an up-tempo song.
